The Emporia Municipal Airport provides aviation service for the City of Emporia and surrounding area. The Airport has daily operations of Corporate and Private Aircraft.

Golf Course
For over 40 years, Emporia Golf Course has welcomed local golfers to play a round of golf on its championship layout. Opened in 1970 and owned by the City of Emporia, the course is known as the hometown favorite location for a round of golf players of all ages and skill levels can enjoy.

Parks
The City of Emporia Parks Department provides maintenance for eighteen neighborhood Parks, numerous playgrounds, shelter houses, tennis courts, fishing ponds, and the Jones Aquatic Center; and operation of the David Traylor Zoo of Emporia.
