What do I do if I think my water meter is frozen?

The Water Service Department can help only if the meter is frozen or water in the main line is frozen. If you think you have a frozen water meter, call 620-343-4244 during normal work hours (8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday), or Emergency Service after hours is available by calling 620-341-4335. You will need to call a plumber if in-home plumbing or the line leading from the meter to your home or business is frozen.
