What is Title III?

Title III prohibits disability discrimination in public accommodations or businesses that offer goods or services, including hotels, restaurants, bars, swimming pools, transportation companies, and stores.

Disability discrimination under Title I (Employment) and Title III (Public Accommodations) may be filed with the Community Housing/ADA Coordinator under Chapter 13, Article II of the code of the City of Emporia, Ks if the act occurred within the City of Emporia.
