What are the fencing requirements in the City of Emporia?

Section 20-9 outlines the fencing requirements. On residential lots, front yard fences can be 4 feet in height in the side yard, and rear yard fences can be up to 6 feet and 6 inches in height. Corner lots are considered as having two front yards.
